Zoom Link to be emailed (please check your emails) Meeting materials and ballots will be emailed out on September 10, 2025. Your ballot must be emailed or postmarked by October 15,2025 to be counted. Ballot measures will include the following: 2026 Proposed Common Budget 2026 Proposed Timeshare Budget 2026 Proposed Dues Board candidates Audit Waiver Call for candidates. We currently have a board vacancy. Please contact us if by September 7.2025 if you would like to serve on the board and have your name on the ballot.
