Thirteen units at the Cabana Club make up our timeshare operation. Owners get a deeded week’s time, floating weeks. Timeshare owners pay a yearly maintenance fee as follows:


One Bedroom - $247 per week
One Bedroom with loft - $363 per week
Two Bedroom - $275 per week
Two Bedroom with loft - $411 per week

Exchanges
The Cabana Club is affiliated with Interval International (Resort code “CAB”). Time share exchanges are available through their web site at www.intervalworld.com or by speaking with an Interval representative at (800) 622-4360.

Checking in/out of Timeshare Units
  • Check-in Time: Friday at 4:00 PM
  • Check-out Time: Friday at 11:00 AM
  • Office hours are Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday through Thursday 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • As a courtesy please contact the manager in advance of your arrival time for confirmation of your stay.
  • Please double check your information to verify arrival date, unit size, and length of stay.
  • Please call the managers in advance (during office hours) if you will be arriving after 6:00 PM.
  • The Cabana Club allows no smoking and no pets.
  • A $25.00 charge for lost keys will be assessed to the owner.
  • Unit damage and/or additional cleaning needed will be charged to the owner if deemed necessary.
