Timeshare Weeks For Sale
The Cabana Club is affiliated with Interval International. Members can exchange their weeks at properties around the world.
Your cost: $200 Closing Costs plus Yearly Maintenance Dues.
Each year thereafter, you will be responsible for paying the yearly maintenance dues in January.
Payment must be made by USPS Money Order, Canada Post International Money Order, or Certified Check.

- 1 BR units are 630 sq. ft. and sleep 4 max
- 2 BR units are 700 sq. ft and sleep 6 max
- 1 BR + loft units are 930 sq. ft. and sleep 6 max
- 2 BR + loft units are 1060 sq. ft. and sleep 8 max
Units numbered 200-level have their entry door on the 2nd floor. (Note: There are no elevators onsite)
Some of these units have one level, some have 2 levels.
