Full Ownership
Thirteen units constitute our timeshare operation, while six units are fully-owned.
One unit is used as the on-site manager’s residence.
Full ownership is private, titled real estate. Owners pay a monthly maintenance fee, as follows:
Units 104, 105 and 110 = $289.04 per month – 2 bedroom units
Units 204, 206 and 210 = $439.45 per month – 2 bedroom + loft units
Some of our fulltime owners rent out their units as short term and/or long term rentals. See “Rentals” section for more information.
