For owners and guests, please note the following:

  • Check-in Time:   Friday at 4:00 PM

  • Check-out Time:  Friday at 11:00 AM

  • Office hours are Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday through Thursday 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM

  • As a courtesy please contact the manager in advance of your arrival time for confirmation of your stay.

  • Please double check your information to verify arrival date, unit size, and length of stay.

  • Please call the managers in advance (during office hours) if you will be arriving after 6:00 PM.

  • The Cabana Club allows no smoking and no pets.

  • A $25.00 charge for lost keys will be assessed to the owner.

  • Unit damage and/or additional cleaning needed will be charged to the owner if deemed necessary.

Driving Directions:
Driving north, take exit 266 from I-5 (north of Bellingham) and proceed west on Grandview Road approximately 7 miles.   Turn right on Jackson Road to Birch Bay Drive.   Turn right, and the Cabana Club Condominiums are on your right.

Driving south, take exit 270 from I-5 and proceed west on the Birch Bay-Lynden Road until it ends at Harbor View Drive.   Turn left toward the Bay and left again on Birch Bay Drive.   Continue south approximately 1-1/2 miles to the Cabana Club Condominiums on the left.

Rentals:
Weekly rentals are available from individual time share owners through a third party.   Please contact the Manager for more information.

Exchanges:
The Cabana Club is affiliated with Interval International (Resort code “CAB”).   Time share exchanges are available through their web site at www.intervalworld.com or by speaking with an Interval representative at  (800) 622-4360.
